Superbalist , Be Aware if you need to return a purchase !

I purchased a pair of Nike Air white sneakers for my grand daughters Birthday They were too small so my daughter arranged to have them collected for refunding . They did not have stock of a larger size in that style so she bought another pair of Nike Air which were delivered and the original pair were returned . They had only been tried on and not worn and I personally put them back in the box . After not hearing or receiving the refund , my daughter emailed them and was told that they would not refund as the shoes had brown marks on them ! She then tried on numerous occasions to contact Superbalist by phone and after being told that they would revert to her before close of business on 3/2/25 she waited . There was no email or call ! She then called and waited 40 minutes to speak to a manager but was then cut off !! I called this morning and was also cut off the first time so I called again and spoke to consultant . I told her that I was disgusted with their service and that it wax tantamount to theft and that I wanted a manager in charge to call me today . The shoes have been sent to me again and there is a small mark which you can see from the picture . This was not on them when they were returned but must have happened from the time they were collected to when they were returned to Superbalist . I nor any customer can control what happens when goods are returned but to be told that they will not refund and send the goods back to me without any discussion wreaks of arrogance and no interest in the customer !! I want to warn other honest customers that this is something for which you must be aware if dealing with Superbalist ! Unless they do the correct thing and collect the shoes and refund me in full , I will never purchase from them again and I will tell all my family and friends to do the same ! It’s not the money , it’s the principle of the way in which Superbalist think they are above the rules of common law !!
