Superbalist

Giving no starts were not an option. Superbalist does it again with their appalling customer service that the view of slapping a voucher fixes everything. As they accept accountability for their error which seems like an excuse they justify it by giving you a 15% voucher. I made a purchase on black Friday got a 50% discount on said item and they cancel and refund me for the item not on my request. The item mind you is available for purchase but now they want me to purchase it at full price (use their 15% discount voucher) and pay for delivery. Does this seem fair to you ?? I think not but Customer service feels this issue is resolved and adequate.
