Superbalist bad service and policies

I bought a shoe that I realized a month later was faulty (it was my first time wearing it) Superbalist is now refusing to issue a return or refund because it has passed their 30day return policy. The issue here is their item is a factory fault and they should handle my issue appropriately and issue my return. I have tried all manner of ways to get them to listen and they still refuse to have integrity and do what’s right by their customer. I’m disgusted and disappointed and will never shop with them again.
