SUPERBALIST Bad service

Bought a product in February 2022 but sent it back size too small. Takealot collected the next day. No refund since February and numerous emails sent to SUPERBALIST and only empty promises from them. First they couldntvtravk the item that was collected, then they wanted proof of payment from me as well as proof of item sent back. This they should have on their system but I had to provide this information. I am sick to my stomach now with all this running around. I just want my money back even if it's under R300. IT IS MY MONEY!!!
