Superbalist BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

I made a priority order and payed extra so be delivered the next day. No package was delivered and no one has contacted me. I struggle to get hold of the help call centre as it does not exist. Try to send a email. Not working either. I lost over a R1000 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
