Irate Customer

I made a purchase for birthday gift-My promise date was for Friday but i still didnt receive my goods. I had to attend the even empty handed , I was so embarrassed- I logged a complaint Friday already , no one made contact with me I had to call your office Tuesday then only I was told there was a issue with my address -I struggle to believe this as no one even contacted me for directions. Yesterday went by and its almost 12 o clock the next day--still no one contacted me.

This is total BS. I am a active Superbalist customer so after 20 deliveries you telling me theres a issue with my address
