SUPERBALIST ARE *******!

Made an order on th 1st Oct and paid via manual EFT. Because im a regular purchaser, i forgot to change the ref feild to that of the order i was paying and when i told them, all they could do was "cancel the order because stock wasnt guaranteed", which is obsurd because the order is held under "awaiting payment" but nonetheless, I was also at fault and conceded. That was on the 4th Oct, and they said refund takes 3 to 5 days... its the 19th today and still no money in my account, i have made over 10 phonecalls and every consultant keeps tellling me my money is in a queue...this is R4000 that i am able to use, in the middle of the month!! At this stage, they have the money *******ly because they themselves are outside of their terms and conditions!!! SUPERBALIST ARE PURE *******!!
