Superbalist are an absolute SHOCKER!

Superbalist are never to be trusted and give false promises. Returned a pair of shoes that were first of all not cheap and were in a terrible condition after two days. Revived communication confirming refund will be processed with in 5 working days. Followed up after this and received further communication confirming refund will take 2 -10 days (it was more then 10 working days at this point). Ironically enough I received a survey on the service provided, which I obviously expressed my dissatisfaction, NO RESPONSE. I then took it to twitter on working day 22 (31 October)and received further false promises that someone will look into it urgently and revert back. Still no response!!
