Superbalist app

I placed an order on the 9th Of March in advance for an event on the 16th. The app said delivery was scheduled for 15 March. They’re usually very spot on with this. After having many issues with my cart being empty when I wanted to check out, and having to go back and find the items all over again I managed to check out. I used the payfast option, an in app eft which directs you to your banking app. All one is able to do is authorize the transaction. The transaction went through. Superbalist then told me they can not locate the funds and I had to contact payfast myself to locate the funds. This is a payment option which they provided which is very inefficient. After sending them proof of payment they told me my order would arrive on the 15th before 5pm. They did not live upto this. Their app seems to have glitches which no one is aware of or educated on and this has become my problem to solve.
