SUPERBALIST AND DISCOVERY MISLEADING CUSTOMERS

Hi, On both superbalist website and discovery website these companies listed each other as supported parteners and that you can use discovery miles to purchase products sold on superbalist. But when i try to make a payment superbalist say it does not accept payments of discovery miles in fact they do not work with them at all.

This is misleading customers and it is false advertising and marketing. My family already made a list of items to buy from superbalist via discovery miles. only to find out that these companies are dishonest. This has caused direct suffering and will result in negetive financial implication to me as customer.

I will like both companies to come to an agreement to allow me to transact on Superbalist with my discovery miles to compensate for my suffering caused by their dishonesty to me and futher reward me with vouchers/buying power for helping them realize their technical errors that are negetively impacting their customers.

i have sent them multiples emails regarding this matter and they ignored my emails.
