Superbalist All the Way...
Kauthar identified after a while what time of customer I was and aligned to that. <br> <br> Every step of the way, making sure that she kept me in the loop and managed my (HIGH) expectations. <br> <br> Initially the jeans I bought was not to my liking and then I ordered and exchange, she expedited the shipping, so that I got the jeans in time for my birthday. <br> <br> Stellar service and total Superbalism. <br> <br> I'm a happy Superbalist!
