Superbalist absolutely horrible service !!!!

I logged a return on the same day I received my order. Skynet a third party courier wanted to collect my returns in a VW POLO...this was a big TV unit, 3 x bedside tables and an ottoman and days after my intended collection date. We returned 5 boxes and the warehouse only received 3 items and a personal box of mine. I’ve probably logged 20 calls with customer care and nobody shows any care for attending to my query. I am absolutely horrified with the service received from Superbalist and will never irder anything from them again. I’ve escalated my query numerous times to no avail. Shocking, shocking service!!!!!
