Superbalist a ****, stole my money, poor service

I retuned 2 items and was never refunded for the money i paid instead i am charged for an item that is not with me. I have now penalties that i am forced to pay. When i raise the issue with Superbalist nothing has been done. Poor customer service and a ****.
