They don't even deserve a rating, I wish there was a -0 rating available I don't know what it is that I need to do in order for Superbalist to do their ****en job. Two weeks ago the incorrect order was delivered to me, I notified Superbalist of this silly mistake, I went as far as taking pictures of what I ordered vs what they delivered, fast forward to this week, today 4/11 my order arrived, and guess what??? It's the same freaken sneaker..... LIKE ***????? I was meant to wear the sneaker tomorrow for an event but now I am *****ed because of incompetence, pure laziness, and unprofessionalism of Suprelabst staff, I WANT A REFUND...I'LL GET THE SNEAKER DIRECTLY FROM THE SUPPLIER. I AM DONE WITH SUPERBALIST
