Superbalist

I ordered something from Superbalist and they sent me an email to inform me that my parcel would be delivered on Wednesday, 04 September before 5pm, yet it wasn't delivered even after I waited for an additional hour. When I sent an email to them, they let me know that they wouldn't be responding to any emails from me because my parcel was delivered according to them, which I wasn't.
