I have bought an item in August it was successfully delivered, I then returned the item coz it didn't fit, the driver came to collect the item in the 10th of August on a Friday, ever since then I never received my full refund of R519, I've been sending emails to superbalist no responses, I've been calling the call Centre number they keep on promising to escalate the matter and come back to me but no feedback, no luck, still today haven't received my full refund, I'm one of the loyal customers but in return I get this bad service, I want my money Superbalist.com
