I recently bought shoes for my son and they were a size too small. I have never had to do a return and I was so anxious about the process.

I logged it on the app on Sunday. Was contacted on Monday and my son's shoes were delivered on Tuesday 😁

I am extremely happy. I'm so weary of online shopping but superbalist restores all my faith in the process
