<p>On 19 December 2016 I purchased Audiobot price R199.00 ( pic has 4 Audiobots) nowhere on that picture does it state R199.00 each, I recieved One and now I'm advised that it's R199.00 each. Your advert is misleading. </p> <p>I just recieved a reply 'we do apologize if it seems misleading. I have taken this up with our buyers to rectify this error on this site.'</p> <p>If there is an error on your site do not penalise your client, your client did not make the error You Did. I want the other 3 as advertised on your site otherwise I will have no choice but to take the matter further.</p>

Good morning
As per the response from Clair Gravell dated 20 December 2016, a refund was supposed to be done. Up to today 28 December 2016 I have not been credited yet.
Please advise when this will be done.
