I’d like to express my happiness with Superbalist. I bought pair of new balance sneakers in June and washed them in the beginning of August and they totally bled out. I sent Superbalist and email and they fetched my sneakers and refunded me. Compared to the actual new balance customer service I’d say it’s better for me to continue with Supwrbalist. They’re efficient
