Superb customer experience

<p>I have been waiting for quite a while to buy a particular dress. When it appeared on the sale items, I immediately put it into my cart. There was a technical issue, and I was unable to load the dress's discount, and consequently lost the opportunity. I had e-mailed Superbalist, and within a day or two, Kaashiefa Naidoo, from Superbalist Client Concierge, rep**** to me with an apology for the inconvenience, and a R300-off Superbalist voucher to buy my dress!!! <br />THIS is customer service! With treatment such as this, I will continue purchasing from Superbalist because of staff like Kaashiefa, and her consideration for me, the customer!<br />I highly recommend Superbalist.</p>
