Super efficient
I have bought some clothes on the internet shop - [URL Removed] They were very effective in keeping me updated with the progress of my order. When I received it - on the day as promised, I tried the clothes on and 2 of the items were not exactly what I expected. The website is extremely user friendly when you need a refund/return.<br> The feedback was instant and when they approved my return, a courier company phone to confirm a collection date. The minute I put down the phone I received a pdf document via email with all the necessary paperwork and wable instructions.<br> The next day I received an email confirming receipt of my return items and my refund was processed within 3 days.<br> <br> Absolutely fantastic to deal with such efficiency!! 100% for Superbalist!!!<br> You guys are doing things right!!! Congratulations
