She has not received it, although her Order Status says “Delivered”. And now it is IMPOSSIBBLE to get a hold of them: no answer on telephones, all emails sent are returned, the Contact Form also does not work. It is asif this company does not actually exist. Come on Superbalist! Show us that you are a legit company. Contact us. Else we will have no choice but to get legal advice.
