Stuck with the wrong sizes, won't allow me to return items.

Customer Service is really poor! Can't return things you buy easily, which I am sure is done on purpose. It takes 20 minutes to write a complaint on the app because you have to "prove" you not a robot 20 times before you can submit it. Very dissapointed because it could be so much better, even 5 stars if their returns weren't complete dog ****. They say on their website collection only for exchange & returns when in fact in app only has drop off feature. You can't click the collection button. So frustrating and annoying. Don't waste your time or effort sizes are often wrong and you stuck with the products.
