struggle with return

I bought shoes 2 March apparently it was not what was advertised, I logged a return and exchange what they did they brought me a shoe to me I never requested, I logged another return for a refund then the was lockdown now they came to pick it up 12/may now I don't see any details on the item whether they received it what do I need to do for refund my worry is they never communicated also in March to me about the return they just decided to give me a shoe I never asked, for now, they say they will return the money to the card I bought with, I told them I no longer use the card, I sent them my banking details they telling me I need to wait for 14 days while I already struggled with this return since 2 March now have to wait for another day to get my money your return service is poor very poor
