Stinking service from Superbalist

I am done with this online shop Superbalist. I ordered a navy top order number ***7, instead I got a maroon top. Next I ordered two tops, order number ***7, size 36 for both, instead they sent one top a size 38. This online shop is just not prepared to improve their service and make good on their mistakes. Even when you phone and complain, the call centre agents are so nonchalant and never a word of apology, always someone else's problem. Superbalist if you continue delivering this kind of service where soiled clothes, incorrect colours and sizes, are sent to customers without any form of quality check whatsoever, watch this space, you will end up loosing lots of customers. I assure you, improve your service and delivery or go bust.
