Still waiting for refund lost items that was exchanged

I contacted you guys 3 times already telephoniclaly and probably about 8 emails later. Team supervisor promised to call me after reviewing where my items were lost by couriers as well as agent who dropped the call...will never purchase with this company ever again broken promises by management and agents can someone who actually takes customer services seriously please call back my number is ********** 960
