Still waiting for delivery of order 490413

According to the confirmation email I received from Superbalist on the 29th of November, my parcel was going to be delivered between 8am & 5pm on the 3rd of December. <br> <br> After specially arranging to be home to receive my parcel, the courier failed to deliver yesterday. After getting in touch with client service, I was assured by Kaashiefa that she is escalating the matter. This morning I contacted her again without any response. It is now 2pm on the 4th of December, and still I have not received my parcel or even a call from the courier.<br> <br> Come on guys, this is bad service.
