Still waiting for an exchanged print

Received a different art print from what I originally ordered. Requested an exchange & the delivery company picked up the wrong print a day after my exchange was approved (06/12/2017) but I have not had any contact from the printing company that superbalist works with about the delivery of the correct print. My 1st query (20/12/2017) to superbalist as to when I'd be getting the correct print they told me that it gets dealt with directly by the printing company and they'd make contact with me regarding the new delivery date.

Because it was the holiday period I left it at that for the time being, hoping that they'd contact me IF they delivered between xmas and new year's. My 2nd contact (05/01/2018) to superbalist I basically just stated that it had been 4 weeks and I had no delivery or any contact from the printing company. Their response was that processes were delayed because of the holiday period.

It is now another week later and I've still not heard anything. I had a gut feeling I would never receive the correct print I ordered and if the incorrect print wasn't so damn ugly I would've kept it instead.

I've been very happy with superbalist's service and delivery regarding clothing in the past, but I have been hesitant to order from them again (in case I'd need an exchange) and I'll never order prints them again.
