*****ing my money my items!!!

I returned a box filled to the brim on friday the 28th. I received the items the 27th! I have been buying from superbalist forever and have spent so much money!!! Now i get an email they are basically saying i will not get refunded for 2 items! Previously the warehouse sent me incorrect items totally *****ed up things before!!! Either the driver or the warehouse missplaced my items! I literally fit on the items and sent it back Packed in back as it did not fit and then my husband sealed it immediately!!i will expose superbalist however high i need to go but clearly they think nothong of their customers accusing us of lying and *****ing!!!im disgusted!
