Standards are slipping!

Their service has been disappointing. Paying for next-day delivery only to receive the wrong parcel with my name and order number is unacceptable. Requests go unanswered, and while delivery is quick, it’s frustrating when it’s the wrong item.

Returns are another headache—they collect on their schedule, not the day you select. The sizing charts are extremely inaccurate, forcing frequent exchanges. It’s clear their standards are slipping.
