Sperbalist.com Ruins Father's Day Order no: ***0

After taking the time to involve the kids in selecting the perfect father's day gift, Superbalist.com has now placed me in the terrible position of having to explain why they will not waking their father up with the gift that THEY bought for him.

We placed our order on the 10th of June, and scheduled its delivery for Saturday the 17th, using the App. After trying to track the order on the day of scheduled delivery , the app indicated that the Order Status as out on delivery. This of course meant that I had to pause the day's shopping plans as I was waiting for the delivery. A delivery that never came. No updates from Superbalis.com even after email enquiries were sent.

It is such a disappointment having to deal with a company that has absolutely no courtesy o, consideration nor respect for it's customers. My kids and I have truly been let down by Superbalist.com, especially after they did an entire campaign on father's day, and its importance.
