Social Media Team Is Wholly ***********

Brilliant selection on the site but my god the social media team is some of the densest, most *********** people I've had the displeasure of dealing with.

I placed an order almost three weeks ago - a pair of sandals was missing from the order so I contacted them. I was informed I didn't receive my item due to inventory issues with the warehouse - they then proceed to reorder the sandals on my behalf - and then cancel the order they themselves placed. Every time I check the site, the exact same shoe is there in the correct size but instead of just sending me what I've ordered, they're now refunding me and I must now place a THIRD order despite it being Superbalist's fault I never received the item in the first place. Now I'm here three weeks later still with no sandals. Absolutely *********** people.
