Smelly clothing item

I ordered a clothing item from this store and when I got my order it had clearly been worn several times before. THE BODY ODOUR WAS HORRIBLE! Then they sent some insolent, *********** and very unpleasant man to collect the item. I am so disappointed at their disregard for client service.
