Slow too refund any purchases returned for credit - beware

My orders are sent incomplete and any queries are sent back via mail for me too resolve. Refund of goods returned are not actioned and i have been waiting for a credit since the 5th October. Took me more than 10 minutes just to spell my email address to the consultant and after 25 minutes on the phone, she did not make one note as she could not tell me what my order number was or what I was querying. A complete waist of time. Worst experience ever with online shopping. Extremely slow in refunding.
