Slow returns
Your items may look good. Your delivery may be quick. but You will see the last of me if your RETURNS service is this pathetic....

I'm so sorry we've been slow to get this resolved for you. We have been experiencing some technical issues which have now been resolved. I have followed up with our returns team and your refund has been initiated and the exchange order has also been approved and can be expected between 7th-8th October.
