Sloppy Superbalist

I bought a shoe on Superbalist on Tuesday last week and the delivery said it's coming on Thursday but the sms I got stated the Wednesday. Wednesday came but the tracking showed the driver was en route until 4.30pm I called told them the driver had not come, I was told to wait. 7pm that day only then was I told the driver won't made it, the next day I'm told there was a highjacking the show will come on Monday, the shoes were for the weekend of the 4th. I threatened to blast them on here then I got an sms that the show will come on Friday the 3rd. The shoes came and they looked nothing like what was on the image, I then logged a return on Sunday the 5th. The sms came through that the pick up would be Monday the 6th,i waited the whole ****ing day for these people to come, and later in the evening when I checked tracking it said the parcel was collected which was a blatant lie, I emailed then and was send back and forth emails that did not make ****ing sense, next thing was told to re-log the return which was not allowing me and I told them about then. Then on Wednesday the 8th I got an email that my refund was approved for R299 which was for one shoe then they said the other show was in the highjacking. I emailed then and ask how but the shoes are still with me??? I tried to log the return again and it was accepted and I am still waiting for these blady shoes to be picked up, I paid R698 for these shoes not some stupid R299, you guys are being sloppy by the second it's as if I'm dealing with Zando and I stopped shopping with thing in 2020 after Black Friday for this same ****. Don't **** me off collect these damn shoes and give me back my money!!!! I want to be called back, I'm sick of this back n forth via email.
