Sinking Ship

I do not know what sh*t show Superbalist has become. I ordered items and was told they going to deliver last week on the 30th. The day came and as usual I received an sms in the morning saying they would deliver before 5 pm. At 16:30 I received another sms saying they would deliver before 19:00. At 18:30 I received another sms saying they would deliver at 17:30 and 19:00 I got an sms saying they would deliver the following day. Then I got a notification from my bank with a refund, I went onto the app and I realised that they refunded me 2 items that I had paid cause apparently, they are now out of stock, this was done without notifying me.

Came Friday, I had gone to the driver arrived, gave the package to my uncle and when I get home they delivered 1 of the 2 remaining items. I have been calling them since and it says "the contact centre only works during Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 17:00. Today is Tuesday and I am still getting the same thing.

Superbalist has become a **** and it's said to watch this sinking ship. I have been ordering from them for years and I will never make that mistake again and would also NOT recommend it to anyone!
