I purchased a pair of shoes from Superbalist.com and when I received the shoes it was too big. I arranged for pick up to return the shoes and they collected it on the 7th of December 2021. Three days after the pick up, they emailed me to advice that the refund has been approved and the funds will reflect in my account after 48 to 36hours. Since then I have phoned numerous times and everytime I am told that the refund was never processed and that they will send in a request to process it. They clearly don't give a damn about customer service. I want my money back!
