Short delivered parcel

I placed an order with Superbalist on 19th April. My order was delivered by 30 April. Upon delivery, 1 item was short but, showed delivered on order status. I logged a short-delivery call with Mzwanele.D and was asked questions to which I responded. I even sent pictures showing that there's a package which was marked 2 of 2 but, didn't have/receive 1 of 2. I was advised to wait for investigation to be completed.

Investigation was completed and I was advised by Mzwanele.D that nothing can be done as my parcels show delivered. Of course, my parcels show delivered but, I didn't receive all of them hence I logged the call.

Kindly assist with that delivery or refund the short-supp**** item.
