Short delivered item given the run around ! order **********

My partner ordered two items and it was delivered whilst we were away. In the sealed box when we got back we only found 1 item We have been emailing and calling and basically told to wait ! How do u pay and now u must wait ? I must send pictures of the item received? WHY ? Both items are different in color and style the cream item wasn't delivered why must I be given unnecessary admin ?
