I have always been satisfied with service. my purchases always exceeded my expectations.The driver knows me by now as it almost always is the same guy, friendly, helpful & professional.My returns, and I have had a few due to my kids changing their minds once item arrived. Returns process are easy to process and I am kept informed via email wrt to collection and refund. Superbalist have offers daily, weekly and added promotions month end.Shopping online from Superbalist has only been amazing. I will continue to shop online from Superbalist, I love getting gifts and lockdown & covid has put a damper on parties so I enjoy treating myself. Using my E Bucks to further reduce the price of my shopping is an absolute dream, sometimes a pair of sneakers cost me R25,00.
