Shop ANYWHERE else - Superbalist sucks

Purchased Watch Black Friday 2019. Watch was faulty. Superbalist took no responsibility and refused a refund and instead refered me to Fossil. Thye collected the watch. Its now 19 May 2020. No feedback. Last excuse was " I thought Fossil contacted you , we sorry " . Then it got to lockdown. Still no communication.

I have purchased 20-40 items from Superbalist. Just cause of this interaction. I will never purchase again. They all about money; but service is non existent when there is an issue.

i would literally rather pay more elsewhere for peace of mind.

The Fossil watch i bought was a birthday gift in 2019. Its half way through 2020. Still no watch. Still no feedback. You guys suck and next will await a legal battle.
