**** shoes at a high price

I recently attempted to return a pair of Air Force 1s purchased from Superbalist, which turned out to be counterfeit. I followed the return process carefully, cleaned the shoes respectfully, and waited for a response. Instead of any communication or resolution, the same shoes were sent back to me — without a call, email, or explanation. I find this lack of accountability deeply disappointing. If Superbalist claims to sell authentic brands, they should stand by their products and offer proper support when concerns are raised. I expected at least a review of the item or a conversation. Instead, I received silence.
