Shoe Purchases

Bought a pair on Nike trainers from them. 2 months later, one of the shoes squeaks loudly every time I take a step. The branding on the side of the shoe is already coming off. I tried to return the items for exchange for another pair or even credit, but they have cancelled the return. Please rather go into a store instead of getting **** stock and **** service. Will not use them again as I am very disappointed in their service.
