Shockingly bad service.

Shockingly bad service. First time I am trying to shop with Superbalist and will never again. My order has been 'cancelled' after they got the wrong delivery address, despite phoning in and first telling that sorry there's nothing they can do, and phoning in again and being reassured that deliver will be re-routed. Can't see anything on my account in terms of the correct status.
