Shocking service Superbalist.com

Shocking service from Superbalist or more accurately NO SERVICE at all. I ordered items on 23 November for delivery 24 November and as of 30 November still have not received the ordered items. I have called the 3 times and left 2 electronic messages and no-one has bothered to get to back to me. I have no idea what is happening with my order and the call Centre people cannot get an answer either. I can never talk to a supervisor either so now I really no idea of what to do anymore to get assistance or resolution. This is the first and last time I will be using Superbalist.
