Terrible service received from Superbalist on more than 1 occasion. Exchanges not confirmed for product returned in exactly the same condition as received; orders cancelled by Superbalist when they weren't delivered on the agreed date and shocking customer service. They don't reply to emails, don't respond to queries sent through their website and consultants are unable to help you or put you through to anyone who can assist.
