SHOCKING SERVICE FROM SUPERBALIST

I ordered a patio couch and based on the option that I could get it delivered on a Sunday. I selected the Sunday delivery option and paid extra for this. The couch was not delivered. So I selected the following Sunday. This time the driver phoned my on the Saturday before and told me they **** to me and that they do not work on Sundays. When he could not deliver he cancelled my order and the couch was sent back to the warehouse. I was told I would be refunded. 9 working days after this I still have not been refunded and after 3 emails and a phone call I am now told via email the refund has just been issued and will reflect in 5 working days. What kind of service is this. First my order that I was relying on was cancelled because they refused to deliver it on the day I paid for and then there is a hold up in refunding me my money. SHOCKING SHOCKING Service from SUPERBALIST!!!
