Shocking service

Absolutely shocking service from a company I have always supported. They have lost my parcel and since the 12th of June they have not managed to locate it at all and still have not refunded me. All they do is send me generic apologetic emails. The courier company they used (Fast and Furious) admitted to not being able to find the package at their dc to the actual driver. Superbalist has lost me as a customer for good.
