Shocking returns policy

Bought 2 pairs of the same shoe. Received 1 pair with a dress. More than a week later I am still trying to return the dress so that I can get the shoes I paid for. Story after story from their side about collecting the issue item. No manager calling me back, I requested this numerous times. Once this issue is dealt with I will delete my account and remove the app. Never again!!!!!
